Untold Festival organisers expect over 400k attendees

Untold Festival is, according to its organisers, the most renowned music festival in Romania, and the 2025 edition is expected to attract between 100,000 and 110,000 spectators daily, which would mean nearly half a million attendees over its four days.
'In Romania, there is certainly no festival more renowned, more awarded than Untold, and I believe that even in Europe, if there are any, we are still shoulder to shoulder. Regarding international rankings, if we segment by continent, we are currently in the third place globally, with only TomorrowLand ahead of us. That means we are second in Europe. So, without a doubt, in this part of Europe, we are the most important player. We are proud that a product born here in Cluj is now conquering the world, it is something we are very proud and happy about,' Untold co-founder and organiser Edy Chereji told a press conference on Tuesday.
He also said that, based on current data, Untold Festival is expected to receive 100,000-110,000 spectators each day.
'In recent years, Untold has reached a level of maturity in terms of audience size and is, from this point of view as well, among the largest festivals in the world. (...) This year too, we expect to reach similar numbers as in the past, maybe even a bit higher. We expect more than 100,000, up to 110,000 attendees each day of the festival,' Edy Chereji added.
Untold has now reached its 10th edition, and this year's event is taking place 7-10 August in Cluj-Napoca. AGERPRES (RO - writing by: Marius Septimiu Avram; EN - writing by: Adina Panaitescu)
