Over 500 Romanian entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders will take part in the Iasi Entrepreneurs Summit 2026 on May 14, an event organized within Romanian Creative Week, the largest creative-industries event in the European Union, held this year under the High Patronage of the President of Romania.

The organizers emphasize that the summit attracts entrepreneurs focused on development and better strategic decision-making. The difference between companies that grow and those that stagnate, they note, lies not only in workload but also in access to relevant ideas, the right people and strategies that deliver results.

'Many times, entrepreneurs do not lose because they work too little, but because they remain isolated in their own business for too long. The lack of connection with the entrepreneurial ecosystem means losing opportunities, partnerships and new perspectives. Iasi Entrepreneurs Summit 2026 responds to this need for connection and evolution, bringing together over 500 entrepreneurs and professionals for a day focused on applied ideas, networking and business-development solutions,' the organisers said in a press release.

Participants will learn how to use artificial intelligence to validate and scale business ideas, how to build clear strategies without wasting resources, and how to generate sales through social media and efficient sales funnels. The agenda also covers key topics such as using technology to streamline internal processes and accessing strategic financing for accelerated growth.

Beyond the content presented on stage, the summit serves as a meeting space where direct interactions can lead to partnerships, as new clients or ideas that can change a company's direction.

Now in its fourth edition, the Iasi Entrepreneurs Summit is a benchmark event for Romanian entrepreneurs and part of a national series held annually in Iasi, Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara and Brasov. Over previous editions, around 6,000 entrepreneurs from across the country have taken part, confirming the growing demand for a real space dedicated to learning, connection and business growth.

The summit brings to the stage established Romanian entrepreneurs who have built solid, scalable and relevant businesses in their markets. Participants gain access to authentic experiences, applied strategies and behind-the-scenes lessons from companies that have already navigated the challenges many entrepreneurs face today. The event is designed as a meeting point between experience, know-how and community, offering participants the chance to learn directly from those who have succeeded, validate their ideas and build valuable connections.

Romanian Creative Week, designated in 2023 by EUIPO as the largest creative-industries event in the European Union, is organized by the Federation of Employers of Creative Industries, the only nationally representative employers' federation in the sector. Founded in Iasi in August 2011, it has organised - directly or through its member associations - over 100 national and international projects promoting the creative industries.
