All Bolojan Gov't picks clear parliamentary hearings, head for plenary vote

All the ministerial picks for the Bolojan Government on Monday cleared the hearings of Parliament's specialist committees.
Prime Minister-designate Ilie Bolojan is to ask for Parliament's vote of confidence in its agenda and of the entire list of the government, at a joint plenary session.
The government's agenda and list of nominees are considered by the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, and Parliament give confidence to the government by a vote of the majority of the MPs and senators.
Subsequently, the members of the Bolojan Cabinet will take the oath in a ceremony at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace.
The incoming government is composed of 16 ministries - six Social Democratic Party (PSD) ministries, four National Liberal Party (PNL) ministries, four Save Romania Union (USR) ministries and two Hungarian Democrtaic Union of Romania (UDMR). At the same time, the new Executive has three positions of deputy prime minister without portfolio, one each for PSD and UDMR and an independent, two positions of deputy prime minister with portfolio, one each for PNL and USR.
