Natalia-Elena Intotero was born on January 14, 1976, in Brad.

She graduated the "Sabin Dragoi" Deva High School (1990-1995), then the courses of the College of English Language Institutors of the West University of Timisoara (1999-2002) and those of the Faculty of Romanian Language and Literature - English Language and Literature (2002 - 2006), obtaining the teacher's diploma, according to the website www.cdep.ro.

She also attended the courses of the Faculty of International Relations and European Studies at the "Spiru Haret" University of Bucharest (2003-2007), obtaining a diploma in international relations and European studies expert, as well as political management courses at the "Ovidiu Sincai" Social Democratic Institute (2005). She also attended the educational management courses (2011), the National Defense College (2008) and she is a graduate of the postgraduate course of the Romanian Diplomatic Institute (2008).

From March to October 2009, she was Secretary of State (Interinstitutional Relations) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and from May 2012 to December 2012 she was Secretary of State at the Department for Romanians Everywhere in the Romanian Government.

In the legislative elections of 2012, she elected a deputy from the Social Democratic Party in the electoral constituency no.22 Hunedoara, uninominal college no.2. In the legislature 2012-2016 she was the deputy chair of the Foreign Policy Commission, as well as vice-deputy (since September 2016) of the PSD Parliamentary Group.

In the legislative elections of December 11, 2016, she was elected a PSD deputy in the electoral constituency no. 22 Hunedoara, validated on December 21, 2016. In the current legislature, she is a deputy of the PSD Parliamentary Group, vice-president of the Foreign Policy Commission, and member of the Joint Standing Committee for the Relationship with UNESCO of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
