President Dan's life partner Mirabela Gradinaru releases her asset and interest declarations
President Nicusor Dan announced on Wednesday that he and his life partner, Mirabela Gradinaru, have decided to release her asset and interest declarations on the website of the Presidential Administration.
Dan explained in a Facebook post that the step was taken 'in the spirit of transparency and in order to dispel all speculation'.
According to Mirabela Gradinaru's asset declaration, filled out on August 4, she owns a 1,152-square-meter urban plot in Ilfov County, purchased in 2021, as well as shares of two other urban plots in Vaslui County, inherited from her grandparents in 2025, measuring 2,600 sqm and 2,400 sqm. She also holds a share of another 250-sqm urban plot in Vaslui County, inherited from her father.
Gradinaru also holds shares in three rural plots in Vaslui County - of 19,400 sqm, 8,600 sqm, and 4,500 sqm, respectively - and in a 1,200-sqm vineyard, all inherited from her grandparents.
According to the declaration, the president's partner is also owner of shares in two residential properties in Vaslui County, one of 69 sqm and another of 84 sqm, inherited in 2025 from her father and grandparents.
She owns two cars: a 2016 Renault Clio and a 1992 Opel Vectra.
Mirabela Gradinaru declared a salary income of RON 158,360 from Automobile-Dacia SA, and child allowances of RON 3,450 each for her two children, Ahea and Antim.
Her asset declaration also lists a personal loan of RON 116,563.42 granted to the S.O.S. Orasul Association, as well as Renault shares worth approximately EUR 4,000, acquired through employee share programs.
Gradinaru also reported two loans at ING Bank, both maturing in 2026, of RON 1,760.18 and RON 50,000 respectively.
