AGERPRES special correspondent Oana Ghita reports: Magistrates' pensions are a problem that has been 'dragging' in Romanian society and the Constitutional Court (CCR) must take ownership of this topic, President Nicusor Dan said on Thursday, during a press conference after participating in the informal European Council.
As to the CCR's postponements related to the magistrates' pensions file, the president replied: 'I don't comment much because it is an authority that has the freedom of consideration, but it is a problem that society wants it solved, that is dragging on in society and I want the CCR to take ownership of it.'
