Imagine din galeria Agerpres

Presidential candidate of the New Romania Party Sebastian Constantin Popescu, says that he has voted for real change, for 'an evolution of the country,' but, if possible, with 'other people'.

He made the statement on Sunday after exercising his right to vote at the polling station assigned to him according to the home address on his identity card.

Earlier, about an hour before voting, Popescu went to a polling station at the Rectorate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, but he was not allowed to vote.

He said that his greatest wish, after the election, is that 'the fault that started up in the Romanian society last year, after the annulment of the election, will be considerably reduced or even disappear.' AGERPRES (RO - writing by: Daniel Florea; EN - writing by: Corneliu-Aurelian Colceriu)
