MIPE uses Tailent RPA robots to automate operations of call for projects "The Digitalisation of SMEs"

Tailent, a Romanian RPA technology company, has provided the Ministry of Investment and European Projects (MIPE) with the solution for automating the operations of the call for projects "The Digitalisation of SMEs - Grant worth up to 100,000 euros for the adoption of digital technologies" under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), according to a company press release sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday.

Tailent Automation Platform, implemented by ETA2U - one of the most important integrators of IT solutions and services in Romania, has optimized the processes necessary for the efficient management of the 7,188 applications for funding submitted.

Tailent robots, implemented for the first time in Romania at this level by a central public institution, automated the essential operations for the call for projects management, helping MIPE to speed up the technical and financial evaluation stage.

"This is a first for Romania, a clear signal given by the central public administration that the focus on Romania's digitalisation is an extremely important mission, assumed and supported. It is gratifying that for the first time the use of RPA technology is taking place within a project that supports Romanian SMEs on their way to digitalisation," said Mario Popescu, co-founder and CEO of Tailent.

Tailent robots had tasks such as managing projects, validating and processing files, opening communication channels with beneficiaries, organizing and processing documents, preparing and supporting contracting activities. Moreover, the software robots complemented the work of the people using a digital environment, providing interconnection and interoperability between key public institutions such as ANAF, the Ministry of Finance and the National Trade Registry Office (ONRC), based on MIPE's inter-institutional protocol.

Tailent's overall strategy remains to democratise access to automation technologies for organisations worldwide. In recent years, Tailent has entered into several important strategic partnerships with leading solution and service providers such as Gambit Digital, Crayon, Encorsa, Wolters Kluwer, Visa, Aliant, Recycle International, ETA2U, Serviceaide, htss, RBC, ASEE, as part of a rapid process of global expansion.

Tailent is a Romanian start-up focused on developing innovative automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) that change the way people work, do business and help companies achieve their automation goals. Tailent offers an alternative that is closer to customer expectations, faster and more convenient through the Tailent Automation Platform (TAP) solution.AGERPRES (RO - author: George Banciulea, editor: Oana Tilica; EN - editor: Simona Iacob)
