Mirabela Gradinaru and Olena Zelenska discuss, in Bucharest, importance of children's mental health
President Nicusor Dan's life partner, Mirabela Gradinaru, and the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, discussed on Wednesday, in Bucharest, solutions dedicated to children, the two also visiting an exhibition that addresses the problems that young people face.
According to the 'Romania in Light' Facebook account, Mirabela Gradinaru received Olena Zelenska at the Cotroceni Palace, for a dialogue dedicated to child protection, mental health and support for vulnerable families.
On this occasion, the Romanian President's partner presented the 'Romania in Light' initiative, developed at the level of the Presidential Administration as a space for dialogue between institutions, specialists and civil society to identify better solutions dedicated to children, young people and vulnerable categories.
During the visit, the two visited the exhibition 'Colors of the Mind', organized within the 'Madrigal for Hospitals' project, a strategic partnership of the National Chamber Choir 'Madrigal - Marin Constantin' and the Bucharest Hospitals and Medical Services Administration.
The exhibition brings together works by children and adolescents under the care of the Pediatric Psychiatry Clinic of the 'Prof. Dr. Alexandru Obregia' Clinical Psychiatric Hospital and highlights the role of art in expressing emotions and supporting healing processes.
